No. Unlike most providers, we build, own and operate our dedicated fibre optic network with the most advanced technology available to deliver our 100% full fibre broadband right into your home – so you can enjoy the fastest, most reliable broadband connection in London! 

This can vary. Our advertised speeds are for a single device plugged into your router using a wired (Ethernet) connection. However, things like the distance from the router, wall thickness and interference from other devices can affect your WiFi signal. 

 

So, more speed means more devices from multiple users can connect at the same time without compromising quality. Score.

 

If you prefer, the convenience of WiFi and need to improve your current signal or achieve guaranteed WiFi speeds around your home, our new WiFi in Every Room service guarantee installed by our engineers can help. 

 

Enjoy guaranteed WiFi coverage in up to five bedrooms or 12 rooms in total, across a maximum of three floors. If not - we’ll give you three month’s free broadband.
