· 150 Mbps Fibre Broadband, £0 for 3 months then £22 for 9 months. £24/month after the initial contract term of 12 Months.
· 1 Gbps Fibre Broadband, £0 for 3 months then £27 for 9 months. £29/month after the initial contract term of 12 Months.
6 month contracts:
· 150 Mbps Fibre Broadband, £25 for 6 months. £27/month after the initial contract term of 6 Months.
· 500 Mbps Fibre Broadband, £0 for 3 months then £27 for 9 months. £29/month after the initial contract term of 12 Months.
These offers are open to new Community Fibre broadband customers, where the named account holder is a resident of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Community Fibre Limited, its agents and anyone professionally associated with this offer.
Entry into a 6 or 12-month broadband contract with Community Fibre is necessary. Internet access, a valid email address and telephone number are required.
The offers are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for any other form of compensation. If for any reason any element of an offer is not available, Community Fibre Limited reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another offer for it, of equal or greater value.
Promotion Period: Offer available from 09:00 GMT on 22nd September 2023 and ends at 23:59 GMT on 31st October 2023. The offer is available online at communityfibre.co.uk/student-discount and via telephone on 0800 196 6262.
If the contract is cancelled within the first 6 months (for 6 month contracts) or 12 months (for 12 month contracts), the premise address will not be eligible for any other student offer for 30 days after services have ceased.
Any customers signing up to the student offer directly with Community Fibre Limited must email evidence of them being a student to studentoffer@communityfibre.co.uk this can be any of the following documents:
• Totum Card
• Student ID
• Documentation from the University including name/address
Evidence must be emailed within 30 days from when your services are live to studentoffer@communityfibre.co.uk (please include your full name, address, and Community Fibre account number).
Failure to send in evidence within 30 days will result in either the removal of the 3 months free (if you have taken the 12 month contract) or if you have taken the 6 month contract you will be moved to our standard 12 month contract length at full price.
We may, at our discretion, on or after 1st April every year from April 2024 increase the monthly price of the following, but not limited to, broadband, call plans, call charges and Community Fibre TV by Consumer Price Index (CPI) and add an extra 2.9%.
Theoretical measures: rely on the path through the internet to the server and the server itself, being capable of supporting these speeds.
